What amazed me at my first shamanic workshop was that everyone learned how to shamanic journey. Granted some better than others, but everyone did very well. It made me realize that connecting to the spirit realm is a natural gift – no one is special because they practice shamanism.

I have performed many healings for friends without their permission and sometimes without their knowledge. Why? Because I cared about them and wanted them to be healed. I wasn’t concerned about getting permission, because ultimately, the healing is not from me.
